Full course description

This micro-credential equips learners with the nuclear project management techniques, systems, and leadership skills required to manage complex, safety-critical, and highly regulated projects. Participants will learn to master core methodologies, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Critical Path Method (CPM), and Earned Value Management (EVM), critical areas such as risk register development, change control, and resource optimization. Emphasis is placed on integrating engineering rigor with management discipline to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of nuclear projects. Through applied data-driven exercises, participants will gain the skills to plan, monitor, and report on project performance.

This micro-credential is supported by a facilitator who is available to answer learner inquiries and provide feedback on assessments.

Participants will receive a Level 1 micro-credential badge upon successful completion of this micro-credential. Participants may receive a Level 2 micro-credential badge upon completion of all three (3) micro-credential courses within the Nuclear Project Management Micro-credential program.
