Full course description
The Transition to Operational Leadership micro-credential course supports professionals who are transitioning from direct support roles into operational leadership positions. Participants will engage in structured reflection, applied case scenarios, and strategic planning activities to evaluate their leadership readiness and strengthen essential competencies. With the support of a mentor and feedback from a skills coach, learners will gain insight into the interpersonal and organizational dynamics of leadership, while developing a targeted professional development plan to guide their growth as effective operational leaders.
This micro-credential is supported by a facilitator who is available to answer learner inquiries and provide feedback on assessments.
