(WMA-C0126) Managing Performance: Organizational & Employee Productivity

This course equips participants with the skills and strategies needed to encourage performance excellence at both individual and organizational levels for remote workplaces and employees. Through practical tools and techniques, participants learn how to set and meet clear expectations and guidelines for a remote workplace. They will learn how to promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and effective communication that benefits the organization.

Participants will engage in a blended learning approach, combining instructor-led presentations, and hands-on lab exercises. Through instructor- led sessions, participants will receive instruction on key concepts and practical techniques. The hands-on lab exercises will provide participants with valuable practical experience, reinforcing concepts and fostering a deeper understanding of the course material.

Courses will be presented in-person at Ontario Tech University's North Campus.
