Collaboration and communication, culture and engagement, learning and development, performance management, rewards and recognition, and well-being are key when considering a remote working environment. In this course, participants will learn how they can continue these practices with various Microsoft tools, in a remote setting.

Participants will engage in a blended learning approach, combining instructor-led presentations, and hands-on lab exercises. Through instructor- led sessions, participants will receive instruction on key concepts and practical techniques. The hands-on lab exercises will provide participants with valuable practical experience, reinforcing concepts and fostering a deeper understanding of the course material.

Courses will be presented in-person at Ontario Tech University's North Campus.
