(WMA-C0126) Technology Environment and Hardware

This comprehensive course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to optimize their remote workplace environment and productivity. Participants will gain an understanding of essential workplace tools, ergonomics principles, business continuity planning, and required policies and procedures.

Participants will engage in a blended learning approach, combining instructor-led presentations, and hands-on lab exercises. Through instructor- led sessions, participants will receive instruction on key concepts and practical techniques. The hands-on lab exercises will provide participants with valuable practical experience, reinforcing concepts and fostering a deeper understanding of the course material.

Courses will be presented in-person at Ontario Tech University's North Campus.
